How do I add products to my registry
Once you have created your registry you can mange your registry from the menu Registry > Manage registry, when you have selected the registry you have created at the bottom of the registry there is a link which says "Start browsing to add products to your registry" you can click this and start shopping. While browsing for products you will see a button next to each product that says “Add to registry”. You must be logged in with a registry created to add products.
What if a product on my registry goes out of stock
that go out of stock while on your registry will still display, the purchaser
will have the option to wait for the product to be restocked or alternatively
choose another product. You can also sign up for alerts for products which are out of stock and you will be notified when it is back in stock.
How to get started building your registry
To get started building your registry you first need to create an account on Lulla-Buy so you can login, then visit Registry > Create a registry to add your information. You are then ready to start browsing and adding products to your registry.
Where do I see what gifts were bought or reserved?
On your registry list of products there are three columns namely "Wants", "Has" and "Needs" these show the following:
Wants - how many products you want people to buy for you
Has - how many products have been bought off your registry
Needs - the different between the wants and has column this is an easy way for guests to see what you still need off your registry

How does the delivery work?
Lulla-Buy offers your family and friends free delivery for gifts delivered to you before the event date, if they use the discount code BABYGIFT or "Registry - deliver with the gifts" option, we will then gift wrap and send all these gifts to you before the event date. If the purchases on your registry are of the value of R2000 or more we then keep your registry open and will do a second delivery for late orders after the event date, these gifts are not gift wrapped (unless gift wrapping has been selected on the order), and are sent once we have communicated with you, the registrant. So every registrant gets 1 free delivery and if the purchases are over R2000 then they get a second free delivery. Please note any gift cards purchased and used in the future would be a normal purchase and normal shipping terms apply.
Can I create more than one registry
create more than one registry on your profile, just ensure when adding products
that you follow the following to ensure you're adding to the correct registry. Go to the menu Registry > Manage Registry then select the registry you would like to add products to, at the bottom of the registry there is a link to "Start browsing and add products to your registry" click this link to navigate to the products and the website will then know to add products to that specific registry.
How long will my registry stay active
Your registry will stay active until we ship your gifts to make it in time for your event date, if the purchases made on your registry are of the value of R2000 or more then we will keep your registry open and will make one more delivery after the event date. To close your registry before this or to re-activate your registry again please contact us.
How do I delete a registry?
If you would like to delete a registry please contact us on email@example.com and we will delete it for you.
My registry has disappeared what has happened?
If the event date has past your registry will close automatically. Once it has closed guests will no longer be able to view it, if you would like to re-activate your registry please contact us. If your registry is inactive because you have cancelled it then please contact us as it would have been temporarily disabled.
