The Snuggletime Cotton Knit Swaddling Sleep Pod is a 2-Stage swaddling sleep solution that calms and prepares baby for sleep.

STAGE 1 – Swaddling with arms up – 0-3 Months
Swaddling creates the familiar tight hug of the womb which calms and soothes baby to prepare them for sleep. Helps to reduce the startle reflex to improve baby’s quality of sleep with less disturbances.

STAGE 2 – Transition to sleep sack – Around the 3-month mark when baby starts to roll
Start to transition baby to a sleep sack when they show signs of rolling. They will need their hands free to assist with this movement. Unzip one arm for a few nights and then the other to help baby gradually adjust to the free feeling of a sleep sack.
